Atinuke has over 28 years working experience and extensive expertise in Legal, Management and Operational matters and has dealt extensively in corporate law, securities law, power sector reform, corporate/project/infrastructure financing, compliance, mergers and acquisition, including managing regulatory reporting and audit, driving policies and procedures, and delivering training.

Atinuke has worked in various companies including Bear Stearns Asset Management (USA), JPMorgan (USA), GE Commercial (USA) and FMDQ OTC Plc (Nigeria). She holds a Masters of Law from Northwestern University (Chicago), and is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and International Bar Association.
